How You Can Help

The first step towards professionalizing the teaching profession is for teachers to come together in one professional association. Your joining the AEA is that first step.

After joining the AEA, the next step is to inform other educators about the association. The more established the AEA becomes, the more the current education establishment in power, from politicians to school boards, will listen to us.

Since we are just starting out, many of the actions that will be taken haven’t been finalized. Please let us know how the AEA should proceed. If you have experience working in non-profit organizations, let us know. If you wish to be considered for a board position, also let us know.
